I accidentally purchased the wrong type of hangers from Dawson Jones, I called them and the representative promised to send me a return label along with the correct hangers I wanted. It took a while but Mike was very accommodating and replaced the hangers for me.

As a business owner, I never like to leave reviews because I understand things happen and someone should always be given a chance to fix a problem. However, I have gave to many chances and I do not like false promises.

Back in May 2017 we spent over $4000 and we went to pick up our items. After getting back to the new store and unboxing and putting items together we were missing the drawers, glass and hardware to two cases. After calling for months and getting a runaround. I decided to give up on the lost cause.

On March 20, 2017I got a email from Trust Pilot asking me review my purchase. I Left a negative review and recieved a phone call asking to call a Mike. I called Mike and explained and I was asked to send pictures. I was told they would just send two new cases.

Well now it was June 5, 2017 and I called back and Mike said now he might just send his guys down to look at the cases but i was told me he would check into everything and call me back.

Today is June 19, 2017, I still havent received a phone call, email, or two display cases they were going to send. This has been a waste of my time, money and has affected my business by not having the display cases that were needed when we designed the store. So buyer beware.
