I've been shorted on orders and had to call them multiple times. They never tell you if they're out of something. Even their website won't tell you and will still let you order it. It's been months since my last order and they refuse to follow up unless I press the issue. They still have never gotten the item back in stock. I was not able to get a refund the first time I called cause I felt uncomfortable giving them my card number over the phone. I used them because they were cheap and fast but it's not worth the constant shortages and terrible service.
