"Silver Bullion refuse to return my asset"

i'm have been customer of the Silver Bars for 4 years.
In the first year i'm most buying gold bullions. The process straight and every thing working good, in profile area on their website they have a photo of my stored bullions in they warehouse.
My last purchase form them in February 2022.
In following years i'm sell some of my holding and use bitcoin and bank account to withdraw fund. It's working good except they fee is to steep, they charge extra 3% then withdraw to bitcoin and around 50EUR for transfer to bank account.

But this year then prices on gold rise significant, they refuse my last withdraw on bitcoin, claim that bitcoin transaction is high risk and i'm also hi-risk customer. But i'm using same bitcoin address with them for around 3 years without any problem before.
So they ask me for bank statements for last 3 month from linked bank account that i'm last time use to withdraw with them 2.5 years ago. This account that i don't have access any more because i'm move to another country. Same thing with my old address, that they want to confirm.
So i'm change EU bank account details and make withdraw (as they claim risk only for bitcoin withdrawal), that works, except high fee of 53eur for transfer that they self or they bank charge.

But the next day they revers the new bank account details to old and restrict change bank account and withdrawal, despite that i'm send them the bank statement and account confirmation for new account and my new address confirmation that they ask for.

Trying to call them via Skype, but all call's is rejected and they not replaying on messages via they website ether.

So can legally this company restrict asset withdrawal without any court order?
I'm use them to limit risk of bitcoin price fluctuation by transfer some of profit from bitcoin mining operation. But look like at the end holding gold in this company biggest risk then hold bitcoin it self.

Any advice on lawyer in Singapore that can help return money will be appreciated.
