"Most all areas are great"
Most all areas are great. The interface changes are difficult -and I would love to see a two stub option on the checks so we wouldn't have to print paper stubs. The report sets should pull up both sets instead of having to go back and pull up the other set. In tax payments, would love to have a note area so we could remember later why we had to record and manually pay a tax etc. The help screens need to match the new interface.

We have used this company for years, they recently "updated" their suite. Every time they update, they break more than they fix. Support isn't supportive, and we have had massive billing issues with this company. Would not recommend to any business.

For over 10 years I've been an AccountantsWorld client and I love it! The integration between payroll and the general ledger is excellent, uploading client data is easy, the cloud cabinet is efficient, 1099s are easy, and client relations is second to none!

"Mostly good."
As a new payroll service provider, we've needed lots of support the first year. Mostly it's been good, but sometimes uneven. I've had excellent support reps, able to definitively answer questions, and then one or two others that are more hesitant.
Also get frustrated when there's a long wait, only to be followed with a message, 'leave a message, we'll call you back.' That just doesn't work for me!
Availability of chat support is also uneven.
