Mario was knowledgable, professional and polite. He was able to pinpoint immediately the sauce of the infestation. After 2 visits the rodents were gone. On the 3rd visit he vacuumed up the droppings and sprayed our loft with antibacterial (much to our relief). We highly recommended him and we have done so to family and friends.
