We’ve been really unlucky having had 2 wasps nest and a juvenile rat 🤦🏾‍♀️ On the bright side we met Mario, who has been brilliant at helping us sort out these pests quickly and efficiently. He even came back a few times when the wasps hadn’t quite cleared the first time (due to weather and a fairly newly established nest.)
Mario is really knowledgable and can quickly identify problem areas and is very thorough when investigating. Reports are provided after treatment which is very detailed, and I feel prices are value for money.

I hope to never see Mario again, in the nicest possible way 😂🤣😂 but any future pest issues he’ll be our first call for sure!

Responded immediately to my message, came out within the hour. Sorted out my problem straight away, came back a week later to ensure everything was ok. Made sure I knew exactly what the situation was and what the recommended steps were and why. Excellent service, polite, friendly and left no mess. And, crucially, I have had no more problems at all.

We had two visits- really thorough and gave us lots of info about what the plan was & what to expect. We texted to ask some further advice and received a very prompt response which was much appreciated.

My only point of feedback would be that it would be helpful to advise people about where mice could hide in future. The bait makes the mice flee outside, but we found two dead mice in the back of our fridge. This is apparently a common place for them to hide- it would be great if we’d known this in advance so we could keep an eye out and find them quickly, as it took us 2 days to find them and smelled very bad. But this is a small point and the service was excellent- we’ll know for next time if they come back!
