Contacted Nima Service, as I needed help to move out my property. I was happy with the service that I received. They were very patient, professional and provided great customer service.

"I call this NGS for our house moves as…"

I call this NGS for our house moves as introduces to us, but we're quite uncertain of our actual moves date on the eve of the move, we gave Craig a call that tomorrow can he arrange for our moves,to our surprise, he said no problem just pay the Token deposit and he arrange for tomorrow.
Bradley and Anicet are awesome bunch of professionals and trusted team came in the morning, took our stuff to storage, did the rubbish clearance and return next day to finish and 3rd day delivered our stuff to west Midlands from London arrived ahead of us .
Despite all the hitches we encountered they're professional, very helpful and courteous in loading our stuff to the new house with their team even though we incur extra cost which is not down to them but they're great deal of team leader committed to their job l recommend NGS with this guy performance in the middle of frustration they're resolute and professional to the end.
Bradley and Anicet btw September 23rd to 25th with their team did a great job on behalf of NGS.Happy to give 5 star. , Baba.

Today I had a big move from this company and I must say from the first contact from this company and throughout my move I had full trust and confidence with my whole move the team were on time, very respectful and shows much and very good standards and showed excellent profession and would recommend this Company too anyone not a bad word too say about this company

"Beware as you are likely to get stung…"

Beware as you are likely to get stung with extra charges & will be put on the spot to sign your invoice & write a 5 star review before the movers will leave.

We were quoted for man hours whilst at loading & unloading end and mileage costs, but not charged for “man hours” whilst driving, which all sounded great. We reconfirmed this multiple times before the move.

Our movers ran over estimated time and so by the time we were ready to be on the road, we had already received our quoted 4 hours of “man time”. From this point, we were charged from when the movers got on the road (inclusive of a 3.5 hour drive, which they admitted getting stuck in traffic in) to when they finally left us in the evening. We were therefore charged from when they left the loading end, for the duration of the drive, and the hours they were with us at unloading end. We were therefore slapped with an additional SEVEN hours charges, plus an evening rate.

Our original quote was £357. We calculated having used our 4 hours of “man time” at loading end, and having already confirmed hours would not be charged during drive but we would pay for mileage, we estimated an additional £200 or so for the “extra” man hours at the unloading end. We were in fact charged from the time they completed the 4 hour quote including mileage and just started adding an hourly rate on including the drive. Our bill came to almost £1k.

I contacted the company about it but they said it was all correct and that was the end of that. I shall be taking this to our solicitor for advice as their unclear charging policy where they are able to slap on additional costs for driving time inclusive after having not quoted that originally is incredibly misleading and means you can end up with a nasty shock at the end of the day.

Our movers were VERY hardworking, polite, friendly and efficient. But they did ask that we left a 5 star review before they left so they could get a bonus and we had to sign our invoice before having any time whatsoever to work out what we had been charged for. Had we had any time to look at our invoice, we would not have signed it there and then and we certainly would not have given the company a 5* review had we had time to work out what had happened.

I was also originally quoted for a transit van (!) having advised the company what our contents were (no way were we going to fit a 2 bedroom flat contents into a transit van!). This only came to light when the contracts were sent over, at which point I queried and they said they would honour the original quote. Another clever way in which you’d be slapped with additional charges - after receiving your quote they’d then have no choice but to upgrade you to a larger vehicle at greater cost. Luckily I spotted that before signing!

It’s such a shame as the movers themselves were very good indeed but the business model is set to slap you with extra charges, force you to sign on the spot then leave a 5* review.

I shall be posting this review on multiple platforms until we reach a suitable resolution.

NGS were incredibly prompt, professional and polite throughout our move. Anicet was also available to answer questions and provide clarifications as and when requested. Both he and Sheriff did a fantastic job in completing our move carefully and efficiently in a single day.

Really impressed with all aspects of the service and would highly recommend NGS. We also took advantage of NGS end of tenancy clearing service which was also delivered to a high standard.
