Good work eventually, but the appointment was postponed by the company 3 times before the fitter actually attended.

well whataripoff fitted a new tap when a cartrige insert would have repaired it took the tap so we cart get it checked and hept us waiting 8days berfore some one came they should callit fittersvinstead of a repair firm

Both people (the gas engineer and the electrician) did a good job. However, timing issues detracted from the experience. The gas fitter was held up on a job elsewhere. Therefore the 1st job — removal of gas fire — could not be done on the first day planned, making for a slightly rushed feeling on the second. Of course, these domestic repairs are often unpredictable, but in the circumstances this was difficult. I had to drive 140 miles from my own home, and I was helping out a relative with mental health problems.

The engineer was very nice, polite and professional. He went straight to where the problem was and did everything within a hour. I was very pleased as I had 2 engineers from another company that didn’t know what to do. So I was very pleased.

Boys that carried out the job were professional and very helpful the missing star is for the cost. £42 for the engineer call out then £200 for 40 mins work.
