"Unprofessional company with rude sales individual "

Unfortunately, a very unprofessional company with an extremely rude sales person who has no customer service training at all. Signed up for a free trial given their 20% off advertising for NHS staff. Was looking for tuition for two children, however told only one could have the free trial.....defeats the purpose of children being individual. One size doesn't fit all. Anyway, agreed a trial session for Sunday. No further contact until just now and effectively told child could have the session today. No, that doesn't work for me unfortunately. When I proceeded to explain that given the interactions to date, I'm looking at other options, phone was put down on me. Very unprofessional, beware and not a company I would entrust with my children.

Had a tutor for my son and he did improve on his exams afterwards. Set up was straightforward and tutor was flexible on schedules. Planning to hire again before his planned GCSE.
