We were given contacts of tutors almost immediately and also had the flexibility of changing tutors when certain criteria was not met regarding exam preparation. The tutors we interacted with were very helpful.

The tutor, Michael was great, helpful and quite flexible. I cannot fault him. He was really good and professional. The only reason I have not given 5 star is because the company cane across as being inconsiderate on the money side of things and charges were too high sometimes.
