rang me at 9 was busy so I asked to reschedule at 11.30 they didn't ring by 2.30 by which point I was busy. We arrange trial meeting for a few days later. Fast forward a few days later to be fair I cancelled first trial meeting so we arranged another. I wait 5 mins in the meeting waiting room they text to ask if I've joined but nobody has let me in they say that the tutor has "technical difficulties." I ask to cancel meeting altogether they ask why and offer to reschedule. Disorganised and unprofessional company would not recommend.
