"Something is going on."
I’ve ordered off this company a number of times over the last 2.5 years. Each time the delivery has been longer than described. But the product fine.
But this time I had no contact, even after chasing for 3 weeks. I eventually raised a dispute with my bank as found out they had stopped trading, I added screen shots to the g*ogle review. and suddenly got a reply. They said they were trading and found my comment that I’d read they had not gone under strange. I felt hopeful.
I replied and asked when they’d deliver to which they did not know, as they did not have my stock. So I requested they refund me because I actually have two giant breed dogs to feed and now have no raw food.
No response.
Researching further I see that raw-menu bought out landywoods. So I feel I’d not order from that site either.
So I ordered from the brilliant stefs pantry, who delivered the next day.
Today now over a month after I placed my order with no refund or further contact I have a delivery notification. Of course I won’t have room for the order now and the meat and bone will go in the bin. I am really struggling financially at the moment and can little afford this treatment. Never order of this diabolical company. Read their companies house situation. Landywoods and raw menu and you decide if it’s worth risking your money. I certainly won’t.
And even if they are still trading which seems very low like they’re out of money…. Their service was non existent and the one response I had was rude.
See Google reviews I am not the only one. would like to hear this is all sorted and with communitcation I would have happily accepted a different protein OR a refund. But to hold someones money, not fulfill and order and not reply is quite frankly not acceptable from any angle. Sadly I was going to place a large order as I have a new giant breed puppy and now need 3.25kg of feed a day. Oh well Stef pantry here i come.

"I’ve made a mental note to never use…"
I’ve made a mental note to never use your company again and to never recommend it. In fact to actively tell people to avoid you at all costs after my experience. Less than 24 hours notice for a delivery slot meaning I already had prior arrangements to be out of the house. The driver dumped it outside my door I believe and text me AFTER they had left it to say they’d left it outside. To which I asked ‘is it in a secure place hidden from sight’ I was told yes it was so I said ‘ok’. For the parcel not to be seen anywhere,
so it obviously wasn’t obscured from sight. When alerting customer services I was told ‘well you said it was ok’. No I didn’t. I said ok to the fact someone was telling me what they already done without even ringing me to ask where was best. My number was on the order AND on a note on the door. More calls to customer services pointing out how it was made impossible for me to collect my order or have any control of when and where it was left I got an incredibly rude person on the phone ‘What do you want me to do about it?’. 2 call backs promised, never contacted again. APPALLING SERVICE. What on earth. Never have I experienced something like this before. Just got a dog who is 3.5 years old could have got 10+ years business out of me. Congratulations you’ve lost that that’s for sure. I gave up on my attempts receive a full refund and used their 50% ‘goodwill’ voucher and ordered some training treats so it wasn’t a total loss and waste of time/energy and the second delivery went abit like this-
Less than 24 hours notice for a delivery slot again, meaning I was at work. Delivery driver rang me to say no one was answering so I asked him to leave it in my secure spot. He told me I had not given any special instructions on where to leave my parcel. After last time I made sure to write exactly where I wanted it left if the same situation arose, but he had no note of that for some reason. I asked him if the package was able to fit in my letter box he said yes but that he wasn’t allowed to do that. I told him that made no sense if it fits please put it through my letterbox. He said no ‘it does make sense’ apparently. Is that not what a letterbox is for? The only option left was to bother my neighbour downstairs who is an elderly lady but I didn’t want to miss my parcel - desperate to end my dealings with this company. If I’m telling you on the phone my secure place, which I’ve already added to the special instructions section of my order why on earth can’t it be left there, and even more ridiculously it can’t be put through my letterbox? Such an unnecessary hassle once again. Unbelievable.
