Landywoods had to overcome some struggles due to Covid and came back with a bang in my opinion. We can tell they are working super hard to rectify previous issues.
We are very grateful for their ongoing service, delivery is prompt and can be tracked. We are made aware of things that are out of stock as soon as possible and the quality of their products is great value for money!
Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

"Good customer service, difficulties with slow delivery"

Had really high hopes for this company and their product as it looked very good. Order took 2.5 weeks to arrive and heard nothing for the first 1.5 weeks.
Shona at customer service did then save the day with some good customer service. Seemed like she genuinely cared and was making every effort to sort the slow delivery out and make adjustments for our individual requirements.
Price is great and soon to test quality…

"Awful"
Awful. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago. Got a message to say that the courier wasn't going to be in my area for about 2 weeks so they'd arranged for another courier to pick it up and it would be with me sooner.. Realised I'd made an error and messaged via their customer service.. no reply for ages. Finally got a reply and was told that I'd get the change I'd requested however the order remained the same on the form. The original courier date has come and gone.. and the order remained on "waiting for courier".. I've cancelled the order and requested a refund because I've managed to find elsewhere who does a better job. Shame as their products are good quality but if their ethics and customer service are anything to go by.. I dont know how they stay in business. My dog would have been starving if I'd relied on these shoddy services. I'll give them one positive, whenever I cancelled my order, they responded within the day and I've got my money back..

"Never delivered"
Paid over £10 for a 3 day delivery slot. 10 days later my order still had not left the shop.
Kept ignoring my correspondence and eventually refunded me without an explanation.
Working in the dog industry myself I will definitely not be recommend this business.
