Absolutely appalling service. I had an order placed that was stated as available at time of order, but still hadn’t been delivered over 6 weeks later. They eventually refunded, but only after several requests for an update. No proactive communication from them!

My order arrived over a week after it had left the depot and totally defrosted. A shame the delivery service is so poor as my dog liked the actual product, but I no longer shop with Landywood as it's impossible to plan for a full freezer of dog food with them.

The order you sent did not have any dry ice with it and was just packed in a normal box so some was defrosted. This has happened several times.
After ringing you did give me a credit note but still not very good as it keeps happening.
