I worked for the company twice both times showed me massive support and loved everybody at ECO still do they were all like a family helped me through the dark times and is really good with mental health. I would hit bonus on a regular month and was always paying my commission and my hours. If there is a call centre to work at its ECO

I've been working at ECO for only 4 months and can honestly say I have never worked in a more down to earth, thriving workplace! The people here are so welcoming and friendly and there is so much room for growth and development here!

After asking to be switched to a different campaign and being told no even though the outbound side had a coach I’d reported to HR for sexual harassment! my manager refused and basically told me To stop dialling and hand my notice in. I made sales never had bonus money deducted from pay without consent and numerous emails and phone calls it still isn’t sorted if you ain’t prepared to be licking managements bum you’ll never be paid right or on time and will never get your commission and will be ignored with serious issues! Ec Sheffield if you see this since you won’t take my calls or answer emails my solicitor is taking this further. Kind regards beth!

"Terrible customer service"

I telephoned You Garden today, my call was handled by EC Outsourcing. The service I received was terrible. Peter was rude and did not show any interest in my query. I wouldn't recommend anyone outsource their customer service calls to the company. Sorry You Garden, I have cancelled my order as a result.

This work place is a joke full off bullies and when you try to contact HR there is never anyone there and they never return the call then you leave because off all this wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone

EC outsourcing have set the standard that all contact centers should follow. They treat you like human beings rather than just a number. you're welcomed warmly and bring the best out of you. The training is sufficient enough for you succeed. Loads of on hand support and direction. Being able to work from home during a pandemic is a blessing and the support continues virtually.

LOVE working here, everybody’s lovely, commission is amazing and management is really helpful. Can’t recommend EC enough if you’re thinking of working for them DO IT!!!
