I’ve worked at ec for over 2 years now and it’s by far the best place I have ever worked. There’s always room for progression. Everyone is your friend at ec unlike the usual call centres. The intensives are amazing. I would 100% recommend ec outsourcing!!!

All the mangers push there staff to the best of there ability making sure Agents are satisfied with the performance they put in day in and day out.

EC’s HR are always helpful if anything needed to be dealt with. It will be dealt with.

Where do I start first of all this is by far the shittest company I have ever worked for they dispose staff for no absolute reason and when I ask for the reason they disposed me they all of a sudden decide to ignore my messages also the HR manager is just as bad she doesn’t have a clue with what’s going on someone just feeds her information then she passes it on. I’m warning you guys now before you even apply have a hard think about it, also I’m ganna report this to trading standards or somewhere where I can escalate this further to get this place some proper managers or someone who actually knows how to run a business, it’s absolutely hurrendous I can prove everything I have all messages of every little thing

Or the ruthless way they dispose of staff as if they are nappies. run by monkeys who sling poo at the first opportunity. avoid at all costs.

Apsolutly disgusting company like me and a few other people that use to work there are having trouble getting our final payments from them and it is a disgrace taking peoples holidays off them and saying you occured 1 or 2 days holidays and now leaving former employees out of pocket and struggling cos they wont pay out what people is owed
