Had a great experience, chatting with a lead stylist to Tailor this month stately box to my exact liking what arrived went beyond my expect

I've enjoyed my purchases. Definitely an upgrade in threads. I've only had one issue, swapped an item for size and even told my 'personal stylist' what I was swapping and the specific size for future orders... Somehow still got back the wrong size. Shipping can take awhile... A lot of patience. But to get it wrong a second time is exhausting. Overall, not enough to blemish my 5 star. At least they listen and customer service offered to send another. Which I chose to decline. Nothing a belt couldn't solve.

So far I am very happy with the customer service and the items I have received. I was hesitant at first due to some other reviews I saw. But so far this company has been consistent with its loyalty to customers. I'm excited for my future boxes and they make things so easy.

Terrible customer service and they send the wrong size even after discussing with your stylist. Returns are difficult and stylists change every time. Beware if this company.

The clothing is always top notch. However, I would rather not to have to choose what I am getting as I like to be surprised by what I receive. And evidently, I made a mistake by choosing the option that included shoes, which I don't need. Thank you.

I am actually an XL athletic cut and a 34 x 32 inch pant waist / length. I have been getting L and 33 inch waist. My last belt was smallish and I can’t use it as was the pant.
