"Complete garbage"

Complete garbage. No refunds. They will ship without notification and then you're stuck with 300.00 of things that don't want and you definitely won't wear. When you speak to them no customer service to try and resolve. Their only question is so don't wish to ni pong receive correspondence? Oh yes definitely it!!

So I received a reply to contact Stately to get help in looking into this. I believe, as mentioned above I did so that already. So no I won't be wasting my time again particularly for their response and the blah blah response below.

Most of what I've been getting has been good. I do keep getting very white shoes. I got a pair in my first box, another in second that I sent back, and now a third pair in my third box. How many pairs of bleached white shoes does one man need? :)

So far this is the best box I have received to date. The only thing that was a miss was the choice of shoes I was sent. Can’t exchange them for a different style but only size. Other than that. Good one.

I liked a handful of styles but I have to say I was rather dissapointed with the footwear selection and the watch. It says I cannot return the watch at a $120 value but it’s not a quality watch by any means. Feels very cheap. Other than that I have been happy with the styles and service so far.

My prior box was excelled. This time it seemed less appropriate or like there were a lot of throw away items.
I haven’t found a good way to share what I would like to have in a box. No easy way to state I prefer a few high quality items rather than 5-6 low end items.

Stately provides me with a great style and look. I don't like to physically shop so the delivery is perfect for me. They provide me with colors and styles I may not have looked at before. In 3 boxes, I have only had to return 1 item. Everything else has been spot on and enjoyable to wear. I feel great in Stately clothes!
