A last minute phone call to Ruby as my furniture was on its way to Bridlington from the West Midlands with no where to put it.
Ruby was calming as I was stressed, efficient, professional and extremely friendly. It was like talking to an old friend.
Storage sorted there and then.
10/10 rating.
I made it to Bridlington to retrieve my furniture. Now I'm settling into a new place and a new life.

Used Moorhouse to store all my garage equipment, motorbike and in fact most of my life after a fairly sudden change of circumstances meant I had to find somewhere quick.
Brilliant from beginning to end, Ruby made the experience easy and very straight forward and was always on hand to answer any queries.
The Carnaby site where my unit was is great and has clean, dry and modern containers which are easily accessible 24hrs a day.
Payment was simple too and very reasonable

This company is great. We've had a storage unit here and worked with Ruby for 6 months now and she is amazing! From setting up the unit, moving in and keeping it secure, she had been there every step of the way. Always helpful and lovely to speak to. Really recommend using them.
