I could only sign up for the unit out of hours so Ruby opened up at 7.30pm for me, the unit was brilliant and such a smooth process at a time when we were between houses. Since our initial enquiry, all the staff have been so helpful. It was the first time we'd needed a storage unit, and we were guided through the different options and services that they could provide.

It made something that we had no experience of, a pain-free and simple process.

And when the time came to hand back the keys, this was completed with zero fuss, and our initial deposit was back in our bank the same day.
