I ordered an item for a competitive price only to find my engineer gave me the wrong product number. I had to return a perfectly good item back. The returns system needed some intervention by Ryan at Spares Direct. He was totally reliable and efficient. Will definitely use them again. You discover what the service level is like when find you need it. I'm pleased to say it was excellent here

The products are good and not expensive. You can communicate with the company directly which is really helpful as the courier messed up the delivery but the staff were on to it.

Despite communicating with the company prior to ordering and receiving written confirmation that they could fulfill my order to commence a job they failed to deliver on time. This caused additional labour cost and a delay in commencing the job. I constantly had to chase via wattsapp and telephone to find where my order was and was given conflicting information and no means of tracking. Apologies were given with an explanation that it was a public holiday in the uk on the Monday which slowed dispatch and delivery. But this was not the case it was just not sent in time for the date the company assured me they could.
Additional:
The response from Spares Direct states again about a public holiday! There was no public holiday at all in England or Northern Ireland. The fact is despite giving assurances the items were not shipped in time.
No public holiday in the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland on the 3rd June.

Ordered an item at the beginning of May and yet to receive it. Emails have been ignored, lack of communication and no refund issued!
