"Worst experience of my entire life"

Worst experience of my entire life. I have used for a whole year and have never been able to easily clean my cloths. The washing machines just make the cloths wet with grim cabbage water and then the drier sloshes them about a little bit. I hate this place with a passion if only they didn’t have a monopoly over the laundry at my uni.

"Awful"

The wash quality can be okay, but the prices are borderline extortionate, if you were to look at the amount you would pay for water and electricity per wash, they make so much money off students, without regard for our financial situations.

Living in University accommodation means that we don't really have access to any other washing facilities.
Machines sometimes don't even work properly, leaving your clothes soapy, dripping wet, or damp after using a broken dryer.
The company only seems to issue refunds without addressing the problem, I even know some people who were refused refunds

"Absolutely horrible"

Absolutely horrible. My washing is stuck in the mashine for 5 days already. Every day they say that somebody is coming. Nobody came... Cant imagine whay I will finally get after opening the mashine. I will not put anything in their mashine any more. Too afraid of the same situation and lack of any reaction from their side.

"Joke of a laundry company"

Before anything, it costs £2 just to get the card to be able to wash, and you HAVE to pay cash to do this, which is a joke because the the machines aren't even good?

Washers are decent if underloaded but if you do the recommended load (3/4) with any heavy or thick clothes, there just isn't enough water per wash to get into every item.

The dryers are even worse though, takes 2/3 runs just to dry your things, and that's again if you underload. If you're really lucky, anything thin will be caught on the edges of the drum and been torn by the dryer.

The best part about circuit however is their customer support, emailed them when I had clothes that were damaged and to complain about the fact I had to dry my clothes 3 times (i.e. it cost me £10 for 1 load of washing). Circuit didn't even respond. If it wasn't the only way to wash in my accommodation I wouldn't even look in the direction of the washing machines.

No matter when I set my timer to collect it, it's never done, socks get stuck in the edge which is mouldy, the price is too expensive, the dryer doesn't even dry unless you do it 2 times which is like £8 in total, I might as well use the ocean to wash them sure it'll be cleaner. I'm writing this while sat opposite my wash on the floor as it still has 20 mins on the timer even tho I set my timer for how long it said on it and gave it another 15 mins after. Absouetly rubbish

The washing/drier machines are the worst that anyone can use. Washing is sometimes okay, driers need to be used twice or even three times most of the time so you can have dry clothes. Always within the limits shown on the machines but nothing happens. I don't understand why student accommodation buildings are using this company at all. The app works 10% of the time. Outdated by around 10 years. Really unreliable. Had to make a card to use the machines that costed £2 for just the card.
