Horrible experience. Not a service whatsoever. Students should avoid booking with any student accommodations that provide this service. I have used this service for over a year now and nothing changes the machine breaks down and soaks all my clothes, and I call the company and they say an engineer is on their way to fix it. Engineer clearly never comes because it shouldn't take him a year to fix a machine. This service is a joke and this company is run by a bunch of thieves.

Would strongly advice against the use of their services. I'm half way into my Uni-year and have no choice but to use their services as they have a monopoly on campus.
Their machines rarely work properly as they should, as i almost always have to restart the machines when they finish as they don't properly do what they are supposed to do.
The washing machines sometimes finish the wash without draining properly, so the clothes are left in a puddle of soapy water.
The dryers barely do their job as well, as after drying i almost always have to restart the dryer and wait another hour as it didn't properly work.

Have probably had to use double the amount of money i should have used at I've had to restart machines many times.
If you have a choice, i would strongly recommend you use some other service if possible - even if it more expensive, as Circuit just wastes your time and leaves you in an angry mood.
