이 리뷰를 대한민국 국민이 보실 수 있으실지 모르겠지만, 저는 로마 시내는 아니었고 테르미니에서 5 정거장 정도 떨어진 곳에서 이용했습니다.

로마 시내에서 공항 가는 일반택시 타면 눈탱이 심하다고 해서 (공항 - 시내 갈 때도 시내까지 50유로 지정인 것을 알았고, 심지어 로마 시내보다 거리상으로 좀 더 가까웠는데 ‘오쉽?’ 물어보니 ‘놋놋 뮈토뮈토’ 하더라고요. 그래서 가까워도 중심지는 아니니까 처음에 60까지 줄 생각이었는데 그렇게 반응하길래 ‘쉬러’ 했더니 사람들이 많이 보고 있어서 그런지 걍 ‘ㅇㅋ’ 하고 가더라고요. 숙소 도착해서 표정 썩어 있길래 10 더 줬더니 고맙다고 했슴다.

암튼 그래서 숙소에서 공항 갈 때는 이 회사를 이용하게 되었고, 텐마넌 이었는데 꽤 괜찮았슴다. 담배 쩐내나고 에어컨도안 틀어주고 어떻게 눈탱이 맞을지 모르는 일반택시랑 쌈마넌 차이인데 훨-씬 좋습니다. 차량은 벤비아 이클,오시리즈 급으로 운행하는 것 같아요 ! 저는 아식이가 왔어요. 기사님도 매우 젊은 젠틀몬스터시고, 친절하시고 멋있었습니다.

Nothing wrong with the transfer, it was on time etc but I've had a 'Annual Competition' charge applied for £8.50 this month. From previous rating it seems they've added this into the Ts&Cs (which I can't find against my booking now) which they know people won't have read/seen.

I can't find any information about what this competition is for - what are the prizes, how was I supposed to opt out?

They also say 98% of people are happy with this competition fee. I highly doubt this as the 98% is just the overall Trust Pilot rating not for this charge. Nobody expects or wants a competition fee 2 months after the original booking for an airport transfer. It's just a scam to get extra money hoping people don't notice the Ts&Cs (which they know many won't) and won't notice the amount going out their bank.
