Ok they’re not the cheapest but you actually do receive a 5 Star Service. I was allocated to Carole’s Team and throughout their service whilst they were always very polite and friendly the staff always maintained a professional manner. What stood out for me though most of all was their communication, I received an email during every part of the process and when I was promised a phone call I actually received one. I appreciate that people say that buying and selling a home is a very stressful time, but believe me Goddard Dunbar do their very best to keep those levels to as low as possible, so would I use them again?
