Ordered a toddler rocker, waited for the 48 Royal Mail delivery, never came. I emailed them and they said that they didn't have the chair in stock... and if I would accept a different one. This was on the day the chair was supposed to arrive!? I went on to the website and it doesn't say this chair is out of stock, it says there are 4 left. Once I came to Trust Pilot and read the reviews I quickly understood and just asked for a refund.

I want to give you a high rating but I never really received my parcel (waited almost a whole month and the issue was from your end): You forgot to state any clear information on the content of the parcel at the customs declaration. However since it is a pandemic and misunderstandings as well as delays can happen, my review brings up the mark to 2 stars.
Hope to get my refund soon.

"Wrong product description and no free return..."
I ordered the Kidsaw Changing Table Topper for Ikea Malm. The topper is far from being suitable for Malm as described on their website. The white colour is a different white colour. The texture of the topper is wood grain, not smooth like a malm unit.
Furthermore, the topper creates a gap on the side, it is not flush as in the pictures.
The customer service was horrendous. I have never ever experienced anything like this. I told them all about the issues and they still refuse after several emails to let me return the item for free. They say they described it correctly on their website so therefore I need to pay for the return myself. For this not even a returns form is created.
DO NOT ORDER THERE!!!!

Ordered a bath seat that was supposed to fit up to a 10 month old. Didn't even come close to fitting my 7 month old. Company wouldn't even accept a return saying it was used despite the fact that I had told them I couldn't even use it.

Very responsive customer service but still no sight of my part.
I ordered a bike seat that showed as being in stock. I got an email saying they weren’t in stock but I could wait. Annoying but understandable in the current climate. The main issue was when the item arrived and had a broken part. It’s been over a month now since I informed them. They’ve agreed to source the replacement. 10 emails later and I’ve been informed my issue is important but I’ve no idea when or if this part will arrive.

I ordered a bike seat from them, didn’t receive it days later, I contacted them asking if it had been dispatched, they replied saying there was a system error and I managed to order an out of stock item, that they would give me a refund etc, I told them I was annoyed that they hadn’t contacted me to let me know this- it took me to contact them. But they are very bland and not very apologetic, if it was my company I would offer them a percentage of their next order but you get nothing, just wasted time, and they hang on to your money until you contact them. Read on google reviews that this is the case for other customers too, disgusting.
