"I cannot get into my account"

I cannot get into my account. I called in and talked to Ronaldo who said that he sent me a link to reset my password but I still did not get it. I ended up submitting my order on the phone.
Please advise to what I need to do to reset my password so I log into my account.
Ronaldo is helpful and is the only reason why I am still a client of yours.

"I received my pencils that should’ve…"

I received my pencils that should’ve been gifts for my students a whole month and a half after I ordered them and I no one contacted me to tell me. I had to call the company long after Christmas to inquire where they were. I think my price should’ve been discounted not just free shipping. I’ve ordered from your company for many years.

"Discount refund "

I asked for a refund because I forgot to apply the code. Some places would not give a discount unless you cancel the order and reorder. For Teachers Only did!!! They responded quickly and friendly!! Thank you so much!!

"This company has the worst customer…customer servicd"

This company has the worst customer service ever! I will never order again. I have ordered pencils for years and this year they came incorrect and the representative says let me educate you. I hope you educate her on how to speak to a customer when clearly the order was incorrect on the company’s part. There should never be an imprint space option for 3 lines on a one line option pencil. ✏️ the representative was rude and nasty. I would suggest you update your website and your staff. I have never written a bad review on any company so this should tell you a-lot. If anyone is in need of a pencil that says compliments of just let me know.

"Very Disappointed"

I have been a loyal customer since 2016, yet this all changed as of last month. I ordered a class set of personalized pencils for my students on November 4. It is now December 7, and they have yet to be shipped. I contacted customer service twice, and no help was offered. The second person promised an email to me, and that never happened. I am out 56 dollars without this as a gift to my students. I will not be ordering from this company again.

"If you want the pencils you order, don't order them from here."

They sent me a proof that was obviously wrong and didn't match my order. After email correspondence to get a correct proof, they didn't print the pencils. Weeks later when I contacted them again, they printed and sent the pencils. The pencils that arrived were the wrong pencils from the original wrong proof. Not even the same color as what I ordered and printed with an image of some lady on them. They didn't respond to email again. After waiting on hold with customer service, who didn't care one bit about how long it's been or how they sent the wrong thing, they're asking me to return the pencils with the lady on them for me to get the pencils I ordered. This isn't a misprint or a mistake.

"I attempted to ask questions about…"

I attempted to ask questions about products. They were too incompetent to even answer a question properly, professionally, or politely. I'm glad I never bought anything, because based on others' reviews on various sites, you may not get what you ordered, or not get anything or a refund.

"No pencils delivered"

Up until this year I would have given them 5 stars. This year my order never shipped. They have been unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Currently on hold, but I am wondering if anyone is even working. Does anyone know if they are still in business?

"Personalized Pencil Sets"

When I received my order of personalized pencils, I realized that one was missing. I checked my order and found out that I had left one student off the order list. I emailed customer service and within two days I had a response. I was told that they would ship the pencil set to me at a charge of $3 including shipping. Thank you so much!!

"Horrible Customer Service!"

If I could give Zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. I ordered pencils before Thanksgiving for my class to have in time for Christmas. When the order came I immediately emailed them that one set was missing. They ignored that email. I emailed again saying I’d like a response and was told that the replacement order had been entered in their system. I’ve emailed 4 times and cannot get confirmation on when I will get them. Very disappointed in this company and will not be a returning customer.
