wasn't expecting it to arrive so soon which was a plus, the other problem with the thing I ordered (Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller, odd I know for an office store but they had the best price) Is that there are fakes of the product but this isn't one, so I'm as pleased as you can be

Web site and order process easy to use. Informed when order dispatched and delivery due. Delivery date not convenient, e/mailed to arrange another date but still arrived on due delivery day and had to be left with neighbour. Other than this small gripe would use this company again.
