The calling team of More Green Energy and Maxsun energy is the same. The call centre is located in India. All the sales girl and boy are using fake names. I've worked with this money grabbers. Never trust them they just simply fire employee for reasons. They got new rule in 2022 that all the employees has to keep 1 salary as deposit and for that me and few of my colleagues declined coz the rule was introduced after joining this company. When we declined they said if you can't accept you all will be fired. They kicked out 5 people at a time for no reason and these guys are so pathetic they even didn't care about any of the employees of the own company.


We request you please do not purchase any service from more green energy, Maxsun energy. None of technical or sales person is from Australia. Even this poor people don't even know where the original *ucking company is....

How do I select negative stars. Don't use, these people are ripping off our elderly and have no idea what they are doing. They installed a solar system for my 70 year old parents, it has never worked. They demanded payment but never finished the work. The only solar experience they have is laying on the beach and soaking up the sun whilst spending your hard earned cash. If you have a system installed by these cowboys, suggest you engage a reputable licensed electrician to review your installation for safety.

I can't not say this enough DO NOT USE more green energy. Very pushy and arrogant to get your sale and once they get your deposit gone. Been chasing for months to now being avoided. They have taken our money and run. Shocking company I wish I knew now what I did then. Don't use them. Currently with fair trading

We have had our solar installed and paid on the 06/04/2022 according to our electricity provider they show we are not generating anything at their end we have for the past months been trying to get more green energy to send someone to do a service check they were booked in for last Tuesday only not to turn up when my husband rang they said that the weather forecast was cloudy down here in Dapto so canceled however no one paid us the courtesy to let us know yes cloudy no rain . We have since made several calls and emails just get shoved from one person to another or not answering phone calls or messages would not recommend this company to anyone. According to phone app we are generating power don’t know where it is going

"Very disappointing"

My experience with this company has been very disappointing. Contracted and paid deposit 3/8/2022 for 6.6kw system and advised installation would happen within 2 weeks. Every interaction since deposit was paid has been instigated by me. I contacted them on 3/8 and was finally advised they could not install contracted system and offered a smaller system. This was unacceptable and I asked for a refund of my deposit as they could not meet the terms of the contract. I have contacted them repeatedly, they promise to follow up and return call (never do) they give time frame for deposit of refund 10 days, 72 hours etc etc none of which have been met. Deposit still outstanding. Have had to start proceedings with NSW Fair Trading. They offer very competitive prices however check out the consumer feedback on independent web sites before making your decision to engage this company.

"The level of harassment from the sales…"

The level of harassment from the sales team , 13 calls in three hours from 3 different numbers, despite being told that I was at work. They create fake names for themselves. They pressure for contract commitment and then to avoid the 10 day cooling off period are unable to install or tell you when the system will be installed. Demand payment BEFORE the job has been completed. They then in their after sales continue to call and Harris you to give positive reviews on their product review page, telling you have to give them 5 stars. Not to mention they are not accredited and in submitting complaints to the regulator and ACCC - they are familiar with this company. If it was not for the contractual obligation to continue I would not have gone with this company. Once they have your money they never return calls or fix problems or honour warranties. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

If I could give a minus star I would.Do not deal with this company.I cancelled my contract just 1 day into the 10 day cooling off period.Requests for my deposit refund recieved NO response.I contacted Fair Trading and even they reported no response.There was a notice on the ASIC site of application to wind up this company by a third party and their electrical licence also had compliance order against them.They call any cheap solar panels they can source as "Msquare panels"All their made-up positive reports are from people with Indian surnames.(must have a lot of relations!)If you have any sense STAY AWAY from More green energy.

"You Have Reason To Be Concerned"

More Green Energy are subject to a enforceable undertakings with the clean energy regulator for supplying non australian approved panels and falsely obtaining credits from the regulator. Yes that means cheap imported panels they also have electricians sign off the CEC certified electrical certificate that do not oversee the works or comply with Australian Standards. As of October 2019 MGE has to remove more than 40 known systems and return thousands of credits to the regulator. If you sign a contract with this company ensure you get what you sign for as they will show up and install what ever they like and of course that was another concern of the Energy Regulator applying australian consumer law. The directors have 2 years to clean their mess up and not to VOLUNTARILY deregister the MGE company if you happen to visit their office you will see a little sign with More Green Energy and also see a Large sign with Msquare solar on a two story office you will find the directors there. Hinal and Manon Tailor family own both BUSINESS'S. Google More Green Energy complaints and the ABN numbers for MGE and the newly formed Msquare to form your own opinions. If you have had any work done by MGE or products supplied you have reason to be concerned. The feedback is overwhelming.
