" Terrible Customer Support Service"

I contacted HP support to subscribe to ink service. I spent hours on phone with various agents to connect my printer and opened an account. Only to be told after third attempt (four days later) I couldn’t be connected to Ink Service. I asked to speak with a manager, promises were made but not followed through. My initial request was made on 22nd January, still awaiting manager’s call back. I chased this up with calls on few occasions, Spoke with agents Yassine, Micoh, Rabe, Sham. Yassine said it could take up to two/three weeks for manager’s call back. I was also promised free ink cartridge as good-will gesture, that was two weeks ago, still waiting!

"Useless technical support, be aware for HP printer"

Very poor and useless support. Msg "A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved." was prompted unexpectedly. I contacted the support, spent more than 2 hours in WhatsApp to communicate with the support but still could not solve the issue. You need to wait for more than 10 - 20 minutes for every single conversation in WhatsApp for the support to response. It is totally unacceptable. Everyone needs to aware of this.

"Useless Support Advisor "

Had an issue with a device no longer connecting to my wireless printer. Contacted the support team via WhatsApp which is not an immediate live chat service. But eventually was contacted by someone calling themselves Merihane.

She (as I believe it’s a female name) was useless. Kept asking me questions for which I had already provided the answer. And then during some troubleshooting, left out an important step that resulted in my printer losing its network connection.

When I queried this at 16:24, she replied “Please bear with me.” It’s now 18:08 and I’ve heard nothing else from her. I can only conclude that’s she’s logged off and I’m now being ignored.

In the meantime, I’ve solved the issue myself. It was a VPN matter.

If she’s still got a job - as I see she let the last reviewer down too - and she is assigned to your case, ask to speak to someone else.

"Terrible Customer Support Service"

I had been subscribed to the HP Ink service for several years, but over time, the print quality deteriorated significantly. Despite repeatedly using the printer cleaning tools, the quality did not improve. Consequently, I decided to cancel the subscription. After canceling, I reached out to HP support to seek assistance with the print quality issues.

I contacted their WhatsApp support at 8:45 am and navigated through the automated questions. After a five-hour wait, I was finally connected with an agent named Merihane. The agent initially informed me that, because I had canceled my ink subscription, I could no longer use the ink cartridges and would need to purchase them from a store to continue using my printer. I explained that I canceled the subscription due to the poor print quality.

Despite the agent's initial comment about the ink subscription, they assured me they would help with the print quality. However, throughout our conversation, I had to endure wait times of 3-10 minutes between responses, which was incredibly frustrating. The agent then instructed me to stay next to my device for 20-30 minutes, but after 15 minutes of waiting, I received no further replies.

This experience was extremely frustrating. For those considering using HP support, beware of the potential delays and lack of responsiveness

"Beware of HP printers."

Useless experiences. Don’t buy! Found my approx 9 months old HP Envy 7100 series printer, it suddenly stopped printing. Contacted HP support again and after a complete resetting set up the senior technician ending blaming it on my wi fi despite all my other Apple devices etc all working fine as usual. Having got help and advice from experts, they said this is typical of HP and said they were talking rubbish. Talked to my network manager provider they had experienced the same scenario! Under full warranty, refund or see HP in court if necessary- not a problem especially having been their faithful customer for years for home use. Beware!!

"Great customer service"

Great customer service! We had some difficulties to connect my printer to the internet. We received an effective and considerable support from the HP customer service team. They were patient, friendly, experienced and professional and resolved the issue promptly and effectively.

"ORGANISATION SUPPORT HP DEPLORABLE"

J'ai déjà donné mon avis sur l'organisation déplorable de HP SUPPORT pour un dépannage d'une imprimante, je suis client français en France.
Pour clore, j'ai reçu un message de HP demandant mon avis sur le contact support, enquête en Anglais, j'ai répondu avec mon anglais, à un moment on vous demande le pays de résidence, le choix France n'existe pas, et comme il faut un choix pour continuer de répondre à l'enquête j'ai indiqué Bengladesh ....tout en confirmant que l'organisation HP Support est déplorable, dommage pour la très bonne qualité des techniciens que l'on peut arriver à obtenir au bout de 1 à 2 heures d'errement dans les différentes méthodes de contact pour une prestation d'assistance prépayée

"Udskrivningsproblemer med Hp Photosmart 7510"

Har ofte udskrivningsproblemer med min HP Photosmart 7510 formentlig pga., at HP vil hindre brugen af blæk fra andre leverandører. Jeg får hele tiden fejlmeddelelse, der fortæller at printeren skal være tændt, hvad den jo altid er inden udskiftning af patroner. Det har ofte været en farve, der gav problemer. Nulstilling af printer virker heller ikke. Hvad gør man, når det er lidt svært at få en god support, som andre firmaer
Der er problemer med CYAN. En ny original patron melder stadig om fejl, så hvis ikke man kan nulstille printeren vil der fortsat være et problem.

Så er den gal igen. Efter et par dage virkede den originale cyan, men nu meldes der igen fejl på cyan
Jeg kan ikke anbefale dette firma og vil aldrig købe et produkt hos dem, hverken pc,printer eller andet
