"Had a full refund this week after…"

Had a full refund this week after failure to deliver what we ordered. I’m sure they’ll blame their supplier and they’ve now apparently stopped providing goods from them but my attempted purchase was made via this company. Apparently they had tried to deliver but there is also 2 families that live on site and no communication to say they were here either.Ordered similar from another company for slightly more but was here within 48hours!

Expensive product not as advertised. Tub contents should be 5kg net. Given the price, I expect receive exactly what I paid for. I weighed the tub that was delivered. Including the tub it weighed 4.6 kg. I am going to inform trading standards.

"Goods did not arrive"

Goods did not arrive , constantly told they were dispatched and should be with me. The following week I receive a call from courier confirming they had only just picked up the package, after it was due to me and it still would not be delivered for another day.
The problem was the middle man, selling the item but not stocking it. I will go direct next time, as I would have done had I known this was the set up.

Good company to deal with - helpful and communicative. Tank arrived as arranged with no hassle. Raising piece arrived later again with no problems. Would use again if I needed another tank.

Very good experience overall... the only thing I would say is that the fact that off loading is the responsibility of the customer, should be clearly stated directly on the tanks sales page, rather than being within a separate shipping tab.
