I was pleased with the price,and that I didn't need a digger to unload as with the last 2 that I'd bought. However, when it was delivered was told the hi ab was extra. I explained that I had bought it on the basis that for once it was free delivery with no conditions attached. The driver acquised, but it should have been pre-arranged.
Also no one contacted prior to delivery, to either give me a time frame, or to get directions to my farm which isn't easy.
A little communication would have made things easier for both side's, all round.
