Unfortunately the website wasn't working properly. I called and spoke with Lina, who couldn't have been more helpful. She was so nice and helped me with my order. A big thank you Lina.

"Poor quality tank seals, Horrible after sales."

Very poor qulity product the tank seals swell up so you can't close the tank lid. I contacted the company and got someone who was not very helpful told me they have never had this problen before and they don't have replacement gasket seat seals for the thank lids rendering the vapes useless have tried contacting for a refund as I bought and 3 of the vapes plus 3 of the updated tap top tank refils kits which do no fit the Ohm2 vape(no mention of that on the website) open meaning these were totalyy useless also and was then told any items which had been opnened would not be refunded even though they are faulty over all I spent aroun £300 pound with the company and they have been very unwilling to refund me for the items. I am now going to have to use the cinsumers rights act and contact Trading Standards in the hope of gaining a refund very dissapointed and feel cheated. Safe yourself a lot of hassle and buy your vape stuff from Amazon, never ever again will I buy anything from this company. And Lina who you will speak to over the phone is useless all you get is "this is my personal mobile I can't deal with this can you please email my supervisor" after sales care is terrible dealing with this company has stressed me out no end! Absoloutely disgusting. RUBBISH PRODUCT. There are far better and cheaper products on Amazon. Safae yourself the hassle.
