I have been using the simply tobacco juice for a while,last two orders has proved they don’t send correct strength ordered,won’t be reordering again.

I’ve used Apollo for about 8 years.

They’ve always been great, but over the last year or two, the quality of their Ohm vape has rapidly decreased. The last five I bought have all been faulty, despite being over £20 each.

I emailed the company asking for help or if there was a way I could rectify the faults, but two weeks later and I’ve heard nothing from them.

Time to find another vape brand and company, sadly.

Been buying from Appollo for about 5 years now, the sub ohm, and the coils that go with them. I've never bought anything from them that didn't work perfectly. Very well made, sturdy, excellent value and fast delivery. Will continue using.

I purchased the Apollo disposable e cigar having never used the website , or even having heard of the company before and was very pleasantly surprised. The e-cigar arrived 3-4 days later via Royal Mail, and was extremely well packaged without so much as a scratch on the packaging. Upon opening the item I found a very well made product, which considering the low cost was a pleasant surprise.
In terms of customer service the website is incredibly easy to use and contacting a representative was very easy. Overall I would be selling the company short if I gave them anything other than a 5 star review based on my experience with them, and I will 100% use this company again and I hope the general Vaping public do the same as it would be a shame to lose yet another vape company who are extremely good at their job.
So In Summary I would definitely use them again and am very happy to give them 5 stars
