Order placed 3/29/24, funds deducted from my credit card the same day but as of 4/12/24 I have yet to receive the produce I paid for. Called several times, no one answers; e mails have gone unanswered as well. Requested order be canceled and a refund but have not gotten a reply or a refund of $158.00

I enjoy the e/cigars and normally it is easy to order them and the delivery is generally very good. I have also not had any defective cigars for at least 18 months - 2 years.
My one issue is that twice in the last year you ran out of stock, which is very frustrating. Perhaps better stock control is needed!

The problem was with my last order.
I'd ordered the liquid and got a call, from a nice lady, who explained you were out of stock.
I agreed to leave the order holding 'till the flavour was back in stock, all good.
Then You send a 'discount' email, which I couldn't use because my last order hadn't been filled.
Upshot being, by the time the order came through, the 'discounted offer' had passed. Not happy about that at all!
