I have had an amazing experience as a TiqAssist Customer! Back in August, I decided to purchase full-season NBA season tickets, my first time doing so. With 44 games in my plan, I was looking for ways to sell my tickets for games I could not attend or was not as interested in, without having to find a season ticket partner. After an initial call, the TiqAssist team quickly got me set up with a user-friendly dashboard that allowed me to easily list my tickets for games I was looking to sell. The payouts per game are very transparent, and I appreciate the flexibility of being able to list games at any time, or de-list them if I change my mind. I’ve been very satisfied with the payouts I’ve received for games I decided to list. The detailed analysis after a sale, which includes showing the prices of comparable tickets that were still listed on markets at the time of the sale, is very helpful. TiqAssist has made managing my NBA season tickets so much easier!


Back in October, I decided to purchase full-season MLB season tickets as well. At the time, I had fully expected to be living in that team’s city for the duration of the season, and planned on going to many games while working with TiqAssist to list those I wasn’t able to attend or not as interested in. However, with the MLB season quickly approaching my plans have recently changed, as I recently accepted a new opportunity that has required me to relocate to a different city. Due to this, I won’t be able to attend any games, and it is too late to back out of my season ticket plan. Thankfully, I’m a TiqAssist customer!


I don’t know what I would have done in this situation without TiqAssist. It would have been incredibly difficult to sell my full MLB season ticket plan, 81 games, without losing a significant amount of money. But thanks to TiqAssist, I have nothing to worry about! And there’s a good chance that I’ll actually earn more money back on my tickets than what I originally paid for them. Payout prices are good. I would like to be able to add tickets to the ones on sale, so they can be sold as a block. I have 3 seats. I put up 2 for sale, then tried to add the third when I could not attend. I had to place it as a single. Rather block them together.

This was my first year owning NFL season tickets, and I ended up buying multiple seats I wasn’t going to use. As I started trying to sell my unused tickets I realized it was going to take way more time that I had anticipated. In addition, I soon realized there was a huge learning curve to understanding how to price (and re-price) the tickets for sale. And, practically speaking, as an individual I was only going to be able to list my tickets on one resale platform at a time.

Last August I was extremely happy to find TiqAssist! For a small additional sales fee over what Stubhub or TicketMaster charges, TiqAssist took on all the work of monitoring the resale market and pricing - and re-pricing - my tickets for sale. They were also able to list my seats on multiple resale platforms at the same time. All of this meant I sold seats to several games at prices much higher than I would have been able to sell them for on my own. And, via their sale guarantee policy, for my low demand games they ended up buying my seats from me at a price I was very happy with.

I have been so happy with what TiqAssist did for me during the regular season, I just uploaded my extra NFL playoff tickets to my TiqAssist dashboard for them to sell.
