"Communication and Customer Service"

It's pretty obvious that this is the same person leaving a bad review... Mining syndicate is AWESOME! They always let me know when power curtailments were happening and they communicate with me anytime they do maintenance. They even purchased a miner back from me when I requested it. (Nothing wrong with the miner I just didn't want to pay power fees in BTC and I needed the cash). These bad reviews are probably from new people in the mining industry who has no idea what a bad mining experience is.

I first started working with MS back in November, after visiting their facility in DFW. The market was pretty crazy back then and the delays were bad. I was told I'd be plugged in within 4 weeks and that eventually turned into 7 weeks, unfortunately. But I've since gotten to know these guys and have been very pleased with my uptime thus far. This is a brutal industry to be in, and I thought a 3 week delay was bad until I started seeing what others were experiencing from other companies on Twitter. All in all they offer a great service at a fair price. Now if only they could make the price of BTC go up...

I have 10 miners hosted with Mining Syndicate. They are quick to respond to issues, have an easy ordering process, and are rapidly hiring more staff due to their growth.

For those new to mining, it is rare to NOT experience delays when it comes to shipments and getting miners hosted. After seeing some of the negative reviews, I wanted to share that this company is not a scam. They have taken care of me at every step, which included compensating me for miner downtime.

Before you post a negative review, work to understand the external factors that may affect Mining Syndicate's business (miners shipping from overseas, supply chain issues for electrical/HVAC/racking, and labor market shortage). I think they are great and highly recommend them!
