I’ve had ongoing issues with this company. My miners have been inactive since April, and despite months of requests for a transfer to a new host, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, I have not received a refund for my deposit and was charged for shipping that has yet to take place. I have reported my concerns to Rose Lane GP.

It been almost a year since any of the miners that I bought have been on line. Company is a sham. Don't even consider giving them money. I have also bought a miner for them to host and it has disappeared as well.

My 4 miners have been down since July and I have been asking them for 4 months to send to the next host and they keep giving me the run around. Also, they have not refunded me for the deposit and have even charged me for shipping which hasn't happened. Im looking into seeking a lawyer to sue this company for loss profits and mental anguish.

Do not wast your money with this company bought three shares and was given 2 and they took the two away and the other 3 are always off please don't wast your time or money it will seem good for the first couple months then nothing

It would be zero if I was able to give them that rating. Been here from the start absolutely disgusting customer service and business. Split shares have been offline for already 5months with zero effort to fix the problem. Will be seeking legal counsel and compensation. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

If you’re considering Mining Syndicate, be prepared to lose your equipment, you will experience unfulfilled promises and zero accountability.

Four months ago, they took my three S19J miners offline without explanation, to this day four months later they are evasive about their whereabouts (I'm fairly certain they've robbed me). On top of that, they’ve held onto a $700 hosting deposit despite never hosting the miner they collected that deposit for and are refusing to refund the money.

Their customer service is a joke too. Emails are ignored, deadlines come and go, and every update is a dodge. If you use Mining Syndicate, be mentally prepared to lose your miners; that’s the only scenario where I’d ever suggest using them.

Bottom line: Mining Syndicate has been deceptive, unreliable, and unprofessional. If you value your money and equipment, look elsewhere.
