"Very deceiving on what you get"

I asked for they mystery purse/bag and received an awful ugly wallet a cute pair of earrings and some velvet type drawstring bag. I will just order from Amazon to get my Montana West merchandise from now on. Very disappointed especially for the price.

Attempted to contact someone there about a item that did not ship, finally Jovie texted me back and rectified the issue.

I recommend not ordering from this company. They charge your credit card even if the item is not available. I got an email saying the item was not available and they would exchange. I emailed back what I wanted in exchange...no response. I tried calling and was 23rd in line with a 100 minute wait...not waiting.

"I placed an order on December 1"

I placed an order on December 1. December 6 I received an email with a USPS tracking number and a note saying if tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days to email and they will reissue . Well tried that …no response. I called on 12/16 waited on hold for over an hour and Jenny said that my bag had been dispatched and I should receive it in a week or two. I asked if the bag was in the Dallas warehouse and she said yes.. December 20 I got a notification from UPS with a tracking number from Montana west…it’s now December 28th, neither the USPS tracking nor the UPS tracking are showing any movement! I only live 170 miles from the warehouse! I would like my bag! This is insane! I did leave a
complaint on the BBB website as well as a not so great review on google. Montana West needs to get their act together!

Update - I received an email on March 5th from
support attempting to rectify the issue. They followed up again March 20th, and have now processed the full refund they promised in the email today March 26th. The overall experience was good, the ordering process was quick and easy. The products appear to be decent, my 8 year old absolutely loves her cow carry on bag and I love the fact it hooks onto her suitcase and I no longer have to carry it lol. It has been on two international trips already and it’s been perfect both times! The only let down is it took over 3 months from when I ordered to have the issue rectified. I do believe in second chances and completely understand that issues arise but do hope Support can respond to issues quicker next time. I made another order from Montana West yesterday - let’s see how quickly it arrives. If all goes to plan with this order, I would be more than happy to continue ordering from Montana West, I may just skip ordering in the busy period

Original - Ordered 3 bags on the 28th of November. I received 1 of the bags with the free gift for spending over $200 on the 8th of December. I waited the 10 more days before I contacted the store on the 18th of December via email requesting a postage link for the remainder of my order cause the one I received doesn’t work - no response to that email, I then emailed again on the 20th requesting a refund as these bags were purchased for Christmas presents and would not arrive in time now if they were to even send them. It’s now the 24th of December & I have still have not received the other 2 bags, a response to my email or even acknowledgement that they have received and are looking into my emails. I understand it’s Christmas time and it’s busy but it’s unacceptable customer service to have not made an attempt to rectify a problem especially when it says on my order email to contact that way, I’ve now had to go and buy other presents for the people these bags were purchased for. I want my refund.

"Don't order online you won't see your stuff"

Placed an order online they are listed at being physically 16 miles from my house. Placed an order on September 24th. Advertised 24hours for products to ship September 29th, no order updates or replies to various means of out reach. They also request a TIP for online orders? For a fashion website!
