Peoples Trust Insurance has been easy to work with through my Agent at Locke Ins.
They sent a photographer to take pictures of the house, soon after I sighted for the Insurance.
I just hope that they are as positive to work with if I have a loss claim in the future!

Bait and switch practice. After I committed, they raised my premium twice, a substantial increase that resulted in minimal savings from my previous insurer. And a People’s Trust has MANY MORE CONSUMER COMPLAINTS according to the state of FL. REALLY SOORY I got hooked and switched. The two issues they used to substantially raise my rates were (I believe) or should have been known to them based on the age of my house (construction not meeting latest code). Plus, their quite assumed I was a veteran and gave me a discount. I am not a veteran. Yes, the bait was a much lower rate than my old insurance, but in the end, only a minimal savings for a company with much higher rate of consumer complaints.

Well I am pleased that I was able to see my homeowner insurance stay at the same price however I haven't had a claim thus far and can't really comment on your service, but we will continue for now and see what happens when it's time for renewal and see how much the increase will be.
