Just spoke with Christina and was informed my wind mit I had sent was the older date but I never been notified which took my premium from the quoted $745 to $2328.00. When I explained that was much higher than other homeowners policies I had been quoted by other insurance companies and I asked Christina D to let her supervisor know because I would cancel both of my policies if I find a better quote she said “well Ms Yoder, you gotta do what you gotta do” Never offered to transfer me to a supervisor for any customer retention process.

I’m not happy with People’s Trust Insurance. After having insurance with them for 3 years and making all my payments on time, I made a claim for hurricane damages that took two years to get resolved. They cancelled my insurance!! All is great with them until disaster strikes!!😡
