He helped me fine tune my policy and I gave him a credit card number. Everything was quick and easy. I feel that I got a fair price. Great pricing and follow through. The proof will be in the pudding if we ever have a claim. But I have only ever had 1 claim in 30 years, so expect we will never need this insurance anyway.
