After filling out the online information I received a call from an agent that provided me with a quote and took my credit card info. A couple days later received a call from underwriting stating someone needed access to the home for an inspection.
A third party inspection service would call me to schedule which they did. Unfortunately the only appointment they had was when we were working or during our vacation. We returned from vacation and had a cancellation notice due to not having an inspection! Called and explained their inspector did not have a calendar set up several weeks out at the time we talked. Still waiting for an inspection and again it is several weeks out. This company needs to have resources available if they want to sell insurance in different parts of the state.
