I have had this company going on 6 years and I hope they stay around for a long time. I can honestly say my premiums have remained pretty stable and I have no complaints. They have a great customer service team and I know they will be there if I ever need them. Thank you, :)

Initial experience indicates lack of communication. I have been requested by email to provide additional documents; did so once with no reply, just did so again on second request that now threatens an additional surcharge. What kind of outfit you folks running here?
