I am a new client with People’s Trust and have been very pleased with the company. The reps are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I have no claim experience at this point but expect
the same type of service should I need to submit a claim.

Was told after the closing on our home and after choosing peoples trust they were going to do an inspection on our home of which we already had and gave them a copy of and if you didn’t meet their standards we would have to do certain repairs or lose our insurance this is a very unethical way of doing business I hope everything comes out fine but a lot of pressure to put us under after all the stress of buying a home and seeking out insurance if they wanted an inspection they should’ve done it prior to closing even if the closing was delayed

"Me siento súper incomoda por que luego…"

Me siento súper incomoda por que luego de la inspección cancelaron mi póliza y no hay una verdadera razón para ello,todavía mi banco está esperando el reembolso del pago de la póliza q ya había sido realzando.
No los recomendaría en mi opinión toman desiciones incorrectas q afectan al consumidor y no dan una explicación real o lógica para ello

This was the most easiest thing I have done. I called to get an estimate and the gentleman was so nice. Not only did I get a great price but everything was done in less then 30 minutes. I hate being on the phone and it was a pleasant experience.

They are the best, they helped me when others turned and couldn't do what they said or just didn't call back but People's Trust Insurance didn't do that, they called me back very quickly and told us what they could do to help us and got us covered with out any problems. I thank them and could not say enough to let other know that they will go that extra mile and do what it takes to help you with any insurance questions that need an answer . best thing that happened for me and my family . Thank you very much People's Trust Insurance.

Agent was easy to deal with. He explained everything clearly. Price was good. Coverages were good. They sent an inspector out to look over the house. He was punctual, polite, and provided some helpful general (positive) feedback about what he saw.
