First, the sales rep who contacted me for my business did not quote a policy premium which was the same as what I currently had, even when I requested it. He eventually changed it but it was still not the same. I took a more expensive policy with another company because of the ineptitude of your people. It then took about 5 phone calls, endless waits, multiple discussions and about 6 weeks with uneducated employees to cancel my policy. The company I dealt with bears no relation to the original company we had our policy with 13 years ago. Very disappointing!
