Absolute waste of money, you pay for the years worth of insurance and don’t get hardly any coverage, the coverage you do get is scrutinized and analyzed by stupid people who lie in their field of work to avoid paying for said coverage you pay for, do not waste your money on this company.

I've been trying to buy a policy to start in June since probably January. They sent me an invoice with a start date of February which I promptly replied to asking them to change the start date to June to match when my other policy would expire. No action since except I had a home inspection and the company required me to change my p-trap setup in the kitchen, which I did. I then heard nothing and when i asked what was going on, I was told that they're short-handed and would get to me when they could. That was weeks ago and haven't heard anything except that they sent me a policy cancellation because I didn't pay for the invoice with the correct dates.
