Rapid response team is a figment.
Help during an actual emergency is non existent.
Company Adjusters are a joke compared to Public adjusters.
Counselors are no where to be found when needed.
Senior citizens that in most cases have supported insurance companies for many years are at the bottom of the list for attention to their needs..
Much more but it would be a mute effort!
