Besides that, they sent a termination notice after the inspection was scheduled and the declaration page of the previous insurance was submitted, stating that I had not followed through with the declaration page requested and inspection. Very chaotic way of doing business.
The customer comes first - we are the primary reason this company exists. Not giving my business to this type of people.
