Terrible company. The finance department are useless. Complained about the service I received and all I got back was a series of further mistakes.
I cancelled the policy due to finding another company and had to pay £395 for the privilege of being stressed, having to make numerous phone calls and emails. Messages from the ‘director’ were pathetic. He didn’t even check which policy I had and when I had taken it out and I had to argue with him for which he ‘eventually’ apologised. The sign of a good company recognised their mistakes and accepts liability immediately and doesn’t argue. This company just takes your money and charges you for the privilege. I am sure that they will try and make excuses for their poor service but that’s all they are ..... excuses. Customers should not have to point out their mistakes. Some of the email replies actually showed that they didn’t read or check anything . Terrible company ...Use at your peril
